Cebu Artists Incorporated (CAI) was organized on November 26, 1993 with the objective of promoting and developing Filipino art and culture and to generates creativity and productivity. The Cebu Artists Incorporated helps expose individual artists to the art world by establishing linkages with international communities. ArtPortalCebu Gallery was officially opened in 2021 on the ground floor of First Philippine Partners Bank Incorporated in Pitogo, Consolacion. This story has a semblance at how Roy Ama made his entry into the artworld. Instead of nurturing his art, Roy has decided to takeup a course in Bachelor of Arts at the University of Santo Tomas . In line with these, the local government with the the Lapu-Lapu Tourism Office presents an art exhibit, Mithing Opanganon II with CAI artists like Celso Duazo Pepito , Fe Pepito, Reynan Dingal, John and Jess Dinglasa, Jonathan Abellana and many more, included are other visual artists from Opon, Cebu.
