Cebu Artists Incorporated (CAI) was organized on November 26, 1993 with the objective of promoting and developing Filipino art and culture and to generates creativity and productivity. The Cebu Artists Incorporated helps expose individual artists to the art world by establishing linkages with international communities. ArtPortalCebu Gallery was officially opened in 2021 on the ground floor of First Philippine Partners Bank Incorporated in Pitogo, Consolacion. The Lapu-Lapu City government has recently released the religious and social activities of their upcoming Fiesta celebration . In line with these, the local government with the the Lapu-Lapu Tourism Office presents an art exhibit, Mithing Opanganon II with CAI artists like Celso Duazo Pepito , Fe Pepito, Reynan Dingal, John and Jess Dinglasa, Jonathan Abellana and many more, included are other visual artists from Opon, Cebu. Celso Pepito Cebuano bottle art has evolved into a powerful contemporary medium that beautifully bridges cultural heritage, and environmental activism across the province, the transformation of empty glass or plastic bottles into vibrant masterpieces reflects the innate mugna (creativity) of the Cebuano people. Dr.  Josette T. Biyo  (née  Talamera ; born 1958) is a  Filipino  educator and former executive director of the  Philippine Science High School System . She has received international recognition for her contributions to science and education.  A small planet has been named after her by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Lincoln Laboratory and USA.  Early Life and Education Hometown: Born in Janiuay, Iloilo.
