Cebu Artists Incorporated (CAI) was organized on November 26, 1993 with the objective of promoting and developing Filipino art and culture and to generates creativity and productivity. The Cebu Artists Incorporated helps expose individual artists to the art world by establishing linkages with international communities. ArtPortalCebu Gallery was officially opened in 2021 on the ground floor of First Philippine Partners Bank Incorporated in Pitogo, Consolacion.
