Takdol- A Solo Art Exhibit
TAKD🌕L (High Moon)—a powerful and unprecedented fusion of photography, philately, numismatics, fine art, and advocacy by multi-disciplinary artist and regenerative farmer Bernard Restificar.
This solo exhibit features 55 mixed-media works, each telling stories of time, memory, and Filipino identity through century-old USPI coins and stamps, captured moments, and textured artistry on white cotton canvas.
What makes TAKD🌕L even more luminous is the collaboration with three brilliant Cebuano artists:
•Celso Pepito, with his masterful Cubist interpretations (15 works);
•Lucilo Sagayno, bringing Abstract Impressionist soul (19 works); and,
•Roland Mortejo, blending eclectic modern vision with historical nuance (6 works).
Mark your calendars for May 3, 2025 at 4PM at UP Lahug, Cebu. This isn’t just an exhibit—it’s a convergence of past and present, a celebration of art and history, and a journey you won’t want to miss.
